Once you have the date, time, and estimate number of children, we can start with the booking! We can hold reservations of more than a year in advance!
Blue Balloon would love to ensure your entertainment/rentals for your next event! We recommend booking at least 4 – 6 weeks in advance to ensure the time and date you have selected will be available!
However, we do also accept last minute bookings with payment via Zelle - subject to availability! Don't hesitate to give us a call to inquire about availability!

Booking entertainment or a party rental with Blue Balloon Parties is easy!

STEP 1: Contact Us
Option 1: Call us at 718-766-8058.
Option 2: Fill out a website form. Already know what you want? Add your selections to the cart and fill out the check out form! Otherwise, submitting the contact form works perfectly!
STEP 2: Our party specialists will contact you and guide you through the booking process, including discussing options, availability, and pricing.
STEP 3: Reserve your spot with a deposit. Deposit amounts range from $100–$500, depending on your package.
Important: Entertainment and rentals are not reserved without a deposit. Pending slots can only be held for 24 hours.
STEP 4: Once your deposit is secured, the contract is sent over and we start preparing for your event! If you have any questions, you call always reach us at (718) 766-8058 by call or text!
STEP 5: Remaining balances are due the Wednesday before your event. We’ll send you a helpful reminder.
STEP 6: We’ll give you a confirmation call to review details, settle remaining balance, and ensure you enjoy your entertainment and rentals worry-free!

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover. We also accept payments via Zelle.

For Schools, Company Events and Organizations, we accept Business, Corporate, School Checks and Purchase Orders.

We unfortunately do not accept Personal Checks.

Blue Balloon Parties operates on window arrival times to ensure smooth and efficient service for all events.
We do not do exact start times, the entertainment arrival window time must be in a 30-minute format (such as, 2-2:30pm, 4:30-5pm). Be sure to select a window time in which you are comfortable for the team to start. Our 30-minute grace period is used just in case there are issues that may arise the staff encounters heading to your event (ie. Accidents, Road Blockage, Parking issues or Weather issues). Our staff begins as soon as they arrive and this will be the time your package starts. We cannot delay our start time as we must ensure a timely schedule for all blue balloon events.

Exact start times are available for an additional fee, as we will be blocking off extra time to guarantee our entertainment will start at your exact requested time. Feel free to ask your sales representative if you are interested in this option.

Yes, all of Blue Balloon Parties' inflatables are inspected and Licensed by the DOB (Department of Buildings). This ensures they meet all safety standards and compliance requirements, giving you peace of mind for your event.

Yes, Blue Balloon Parties is fully licensed by the Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA), ensuring that we operate in compliance with all city regulations and provide safe, reliable services for your events.

Yes, Blue Balloon Parties is an approved vendor with the NYS Department of Education (DOE). We are proud to collaborate with hundreds of schools providing safe and fun entertainment for students and staff alike! We work with parents, principals, school staff, and the PTA for our various school events.

Yes, we do many events in parks and public spaces!
Please keep in mind of the following:
NYC Parks may require a permit for your entertainment/party rentals and that is your responsibility to obtain.
Blue Balloon is not responsible for electricity for entertainment/party rentals. We do offer generators available to be rented.
We require mandatory gratuity for park events.

Yes, we will do our best to accommodate any changes, but they are highly subject to availability.
If you would like entertainment to stay longer, the day of your event, it would be dependent on company schedules. We highly encourage booking a suitable arrival window and entertainment duration to match your event needs.
As the event date approaches, we cannot guarantee major changes, but adjustments like selecting a different character or add-ons can generally be accommodated. During our entertainment confirmation call, we’ll go over all the details, including any preferences like the choice of music.

Please note:
- Deposits are non refundable.
- A $75 rescheduling fee applies if you need to change the date due to weather or other circumstances. The new time and date will depend on availability.

Our entertainers are experienced professionals who work events every day, bringing consistency and expertise to every performance! Blue Balloon only hires candidates with prior childcare experience and verified references. Every new hire undergoes a thorough background check and training process before joining our team.

Our performers include students, teachers, nannies, and even a few mothers themselves, ensuring they have the skills and care needed to connect with kids and make every event special. They are also trained in the proper use and safe operation of all our concession machines for a seamless experience.

Blue Balloon Parties steers clear of the traditional clown entertainer look. Our Clown Party entertainers are not scary! They do not and are in fact not permitted to wear traditional white face paint, crazy wigs, red nose, or big shoes—NO traditional scary clowns here! Full white classic clown face paint is not worn or permitted by our entertainers. Instead, they wear silly, colorful attire to keep things fun and lighthearted. If you prefer, you can also opt for them to wear a neon company t-shirt for a more casual look!

Blue Balloon can bring a smile and entertain any age group! Our range of character offerings, from Ms. Rachel for young babies to magicians for children, provides fun for all ages. Additionally, our inflatable rentals are perfect for older kids, ensuring everyone has a blast! However, our entertainment packages are specifically designed to entertain and delight children ages 1–10.

Yes, we can create a custom packages to suit your specific needs! Our standard packages are perfectly designed for up to 15, 25, and 40 kids within the durations of 1 hour, 1.5 hours, and 2 hours, respectively. For larger events, such as corporate gatherings, schools, or other special occasions, we often create a tailored package using our wide range of services and rental options. Let us know what you're envisioning, and we'll try our best to make it happen!

Average set-up takes no longer than 5 minutes! We have everything pre-set and ready to go for your event! Once they arrive within their window time, they will get started right away!

Please have the following ready prior to the entertainers' arrival: a small or medium-sized table near an outlet, 2 chairs, and a cup of water for activities such as face painting, magic show, cotton candy machine, etc. Having these items prepared in advance will help ensure everything runs smoothly for your event.

Yes, we are fully insured and licensed.

Remaining balances are due the Wednesday before your weekend event and Sunday before a weekday event.

Your remaining balance must be paid via the same Credit Card used for deposit or via Zelle. Blue Balloon Parties is a cashless company.

Yes, We do block parties and will be able to provide you with our DCA license. We provide different options and packages for your event. We can also customize the packages to your liking

Our entertainers work hard to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for your event. Gratuities are greatly appreciated, as they are not included in our party packages. Similar to other service-based industries, an appropriate tip typically ranges from 15% to 25% of the total package price, depending on the level of service provided. Your generosity is a wonderful way to show appreciation for their dedication and hard work. Tips given beforehand go 100% to the entertainers and delivery staff.
