Booking entertainment or a party rental with Blue Balloon Parties is easy!

STEP 3: Secure your reservation by leaving a deposit. Deposit amounts will be dependent on your total party package and range from $100-$500.
STEP 4: Your reservation is Complete!

Please note: We do not reserve any entertainment and/or party rental equipment without a deposit.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover. We also accept Cash deposits.

For Schools, Company Events and Organization, we accept Business, Corporate, School Checks and Purchase Orders.

We unfortunately do not accept Personal Checks.

We do not do exact start times, the entertainment arrival window time must be in a 30-minute format (such as, 2-2:30pm, 4:30-5pm). Be sure to select a window time in which you are comfortable for the team to start. Our 30-minute grace period is used just in case there are issues that may arise the staff encounters heading to your event (ie. Accidents, Road Blockage, Parking issues or Weather issues). Our staff begins as soon as they arrive and this will be the time your package starts. We cannot delay our start time as we must ensure a timely schedule for all blue balloon events.

Yes, Our entertainers and/or party rental equipment can be set up at any park. Just remember Blue Balloon is not responsible for electricity and /or any permits you may need.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we could extend the time of your party. Same day party extension requests will be dependent on the company’s schedule. We stay when we can but ask that you please take an extra minute when booking and consider your attendees. Little ones may take more time to focus, older children may make additional demands of our team… each can slow our time lines. Extra time to party is never a bad thing!

All of our entertainers are professional, kind and experienced. No first timers here, Blue Balloon only hires candidates with prior child care experience and references. A background check is conducted before we onboard new hires. Our performers are: students, teachers, nannies and a few are even mothers themselves. Rest assured your children will be safe and sound with our staff.

Blue Balloon trains our staff in: modern face painting, magic, balloon animal twisting, the proper use and safe operation of all of our concession machines such as our Cotton Candy and/or Bubble Machine etc.

Our Clown Party entertainers are not scary! Our clowns do not wear face paint, wigs, gloves or big shoes. NO TRADITIONAL SCARY CLOWN HERE!

Full white classic clown face painting is not worn or permitted to be worn by our entertainers.

Blue Balloon can bring a smile and entertain any age group! However, our packages are designed to entertain and delight children from ages 1 – 10.

Yes, we commonly customize our packages. You can take out certain activities to extend others or swap activities from other packages. Please call for a more specific package. (call to action button)

Unfortunately, no. You cannot substitute a character appearance for a clown, for the following reasons: First, activities like face painting, balloon twisting and magic shows cannot be performed by a performer in character. Character costumes are generally heavy and hot– limiting mobility. Also, mascots are generally worn for 20 – 40 minutes at a time! Long enough for pictures and songs but not a whole lot more.

Average set-up takes no longer than 5 minutes! We have everything pre-set and ready to go for your event!

Yes, please provide your entertainers with a small/medium size table near an outlet, 2 chairs and a cup of water for the face-painting activity, bubble show, etc.

Yes, we are fully insured and licensed.

Remaining balance is due to entertainers upon their arrival.

Your remaining balance must be paid in Cash the day of your event to the entertainers.

If you want to pay your remaining balance prior to your event date you must call us a week before your event and we can only use the card we have on file from your deposit. Please have the cash ready upon arrival of the entertainers
